When I started with the brand, we had a very distinct and limited photo direction.  Though not initially in my scope, I pitched the North America Marketing team for budget to do a series of test shoots in order to revamp the photo direction for NAM.  These test shoots ultimately led to a revised photography direction that started Adidas on a more authentic representation of sport across all North America content.  It ultimately informed the global direction for the coming years.
